Justin made me feel comfortable coming in and getting prepared for the doctor. He really set the tone for the treatment I was going to receive. Dr. Bali made me feel very comfortable with my treatment plan and was detailed in the work she had planned for me. Jackie was AMAZING. She gave me a lot of good advice and reassurance about my dental hygiene. Not only did she make me feel great about my dental hygiene but she also informed me on small changes I can make to ensure that I maintain a beautiful smile. Today was my 3rd time here at this location and every time I’ve come the front desk has been very helpful, I’m still a young adult and haven’t been to the dentist for over 5 years and also had a very traumatic experience with dentist in the past. I had to do a filling and I’ve been so nervous to get this done but Dr. A. Nguyen and his dental assistant Jemiel really helped me get through it, I didn’t feel a thing they both talked me through what they were doing and made sure to let them know whenever I was feeling discomfort, now I’m not so nervous for my next appointment for the last fillings I need to get done so I can start my aligners. I’ve been looking for a dentist for years because honestly I’ve always hated dentists. This office is so welcoming and comforting, I enjoy the visits now. It’s also SO clean and not hectic at all. They offer snacks, water, lip balm, sunglasses (for that overhead light thing) they just cover everything that might be an issue. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly, understanding, compassionate, and caring. Being welcomed by a friendly person at the front desk is such a kind way to start the visit. They are always smiling and attentive. The assistants make it a point to ensure you’re comfortable in the chair (which has massage functions and is heated), play your music or Netflix preferences and can hold conversation without it feeling forced. I have very bad anxiety and they’ve been so patient with me ensuring I’m ok to move on to the next step. Today Jessica offered me multiple options for my procedure and if I wanted the anesthesia or not which she left entirely up to me. Imagine the freedom of getting to control how YOUR procedure it going to go and being reassured you can change your mind at any time. It was so relieving. I see Dr. Nguyen who always explains the procedure to me both beforehand and during so I know what’s going on. He’s very friendly and makes it a point to stop and ask if you have questions. I can’t go on enough just how happy I am to have found a dentist that I’m not dreading seeing again. I look forward to my next visit. More

Had a root canal done today. As anyone knows who has had this procedure done, they’re extremely un pleasant! If your claustrophobic, it’s even worse! If you have trouble breathing through your nose, it’s even harder! However , THESE people know exactly what they’re doing!! They made me feel like a king, like I was royalty!! I almost fell asleep during the procedure, it was almost COMPLETELY painless! The dentist and his hygienist were about as close to perfect as I’ve ever had, as dentists! They walk you through every step, and I got to watch The expendables on Netflix while this was going on, and listened to Creedence Clearwater Revival also! I was rocking away tapping my foot! My team of Dr. Saed, Cynthia, Yoselin,  Daysha, Amber and Elizabeth were informative, friendly and proficient. Two fillings and I was still out within an hour and a half. A week later, I was having some tooth pain where I received fillings. Even with the holidays, staff helped me get an speedy adjustment appointment. Dr. Lopez and Jackie were knowledgeable and kind on my follow up appointment. Its been a few days; I'm still having pain. I can’t begin to express how this staff made me feel on today. I have PTSD from visiting the dentist as a child. I chipped my tooth a year ago while pregnant, and had been able to maintain the pain until today. They have TVs in the rooms with Netflix and Pandora that you can have playing throughout your appointment (you choose what to watch/listen to) and the chairs have a minor massage feature. It was my first time at MINT dentistry and this location made my experience perfect. I want to start off with how amazing the atmosphere is when you walk in, real nice music, and comfortable seating, making the small wait very easy. The receptionists were very kind and made the process with the paperwork very easy and fast. The assistant, Deja, took care of my x-rays and teeth molds really well and comfortable, being really nice entirely throughout. Dr. Lopez made the evaluation very quick and understandable. He broke down exactly the knowledge I needed to know to understand what was to come with my wisdom teeth removal and what the procedure was going to look like. The desk then explained my payment plan and scheduling instructions very efficiently and understandable. I will definitely be coming here from here on out, it was wonderful experience for something most people dread to do. More

I read through some one star ratings. One mentioned the name of a dentist that is not there. My guess is that this location has done some updating as far as the billing and who the dentists are. I'm 51 years old and had one cavity that I got when I was a kid that had to be replaced. That is to be expected. I also had three cracked molars and again at my age that is to be expected. In addition, I haven't been to a dentist in 7 years. The people there were chipper and professional and I realize there's some stuff in the lobby that makes it look a little hoity-toity. Owning my own business The stuff that you see is not very expensive. They aren't charging you outrageous expenses. The lady who did the billing sat down with me and explained everything and worked with me to figure out how to get the best help from my insurance which had a max out of pocket of $1,000. I have really bad insurance because I have Obamacare and I'm self-employed. So yes there's definitely expenses. However, not having seen a dentist in 6 to 7 years, I fully expected to have much more wrong inside my mouth than what they found. I did have a deep cleaning because I had never had one and there was a great doctor, Dr. Nguyen who explained that I had bone loss due to plaque that had eaten away at my bone. Again at my age. I'm not surprised I have bone lost. And I'm not surprised that I needed a deep cleaning after 6 or 7 years of not having a single cleaning. If you look at the one star reviews they are from before and a doctor who's no longer there. I say give them a chance. I was very happy. More

Not too quick where I felt rushed, just more mindful of my time - which I appreciate more than they know.
