I am still fairly new to Mint Denistry. But I must say I have had nothing but the BEST experience coming here. The Cypress Team is so attentive and informative. Justin made me feel comfortable coming in and getting prepared for the doctor. He really set the tone for the treatment I was going to receive. Dr. Bali made me feel very comfortable with my treatment plan and was detailed in the work she had planned for me. Jackie was AMAZING. She gave me a lot of good advice and reassurance about my dental hygiene. Not only did she make me feel great about my dental hygiene but she also informed me on small changes I can make to ensure that I maintain a beautiful smile. The Cypress team is really not to be played with, protect them at all costs because they continue to make my dental experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you!! More

I haven't been to the dentist in about 8 years and was a bit nervous. However, Mint Dentistry made me feel comfortable. I got two sessions and deep cleanings, and every time, they made sure I was good along the way. Now I am getting my free whitening and couldn't be happier. They even have TVs, and heated and massaging seats. Would highly recommend!!! More

My family and I have been patients of Mint Dentistry for years, whether the Humble location to now the Cypress location. Our experience has only improved. My children and I had our cleaning appointments today and an ortho appointment for my son, and the experience was awesome. From when we walk in the door until we walk out, we enjoy the experience. Criselda the office manager is amazing and patient, so are the ortho hygienists and cleaning hygienists. Jackie has great energy. I can’t begin to express how this staff made me feel on today. I have PTSD from visiting the dentist as a child. I chipped my tooth a year ago while pregnant, and had been able to maintain the pain until today. They were able to get me in , and took their time and explained every step of my Root Canal during the process. I’ve already scheduled a cleaning. Dr. Nguyen was excellent and efficient. Great friendly staff. Highly recommend. I do want to know if Dr. Nguyen watched the dentist YouTube video that I put up. I'm still waiting to hear if he did. I read through some one star ratings. One mentioned the name of a dentist that is not there. My guess is that this location has done some updating as far as the billing and who the dentists are. I'm 51 years old and had one cavity that I got when I was a kid that had to be replaced. That is to be expected. I also had three cracked molars and again at my age that is to be expected. In addition, I haven't been to a dentist in 7 years. The people there were chipper and professional and I realize there's some stuff in the lobby that makes it look a little hoity-toity. Owning my own business The stuff that you see is not very expensive. They aren't charging you outrageous expenses. The lady who did the billing sat down with me and explained everything and worked with me to figure out how to get the best help from my insurance which had a max out of pocket of $1,000. I have really bad insurance because I have Obamacare and I'm self-employed. So yes there's definitely expenses. However, not having seen a dentist in 6 to 7 years, I fully expected to have much more wrong inside my mouth than what they found. I did have a deep cleaning because I had never had one and there was a great doctor, Dr. Nguyen who explained that I had bone loss due to plaque that had eaten away at my bone. Again at my age. I'm not surprised I have bone lost. And I'm not surprised that I needed a deep cleaning after 6 or 7 years of not having a single cleaning. If you look at the one star reviews they are from before and a doctor who's no longer there. I say give them a chance. I was very happy. More

I loved my experience here. I am an adult who hates going to get dental work but this place made me feel welcome and safe. Dr. Young and Natasha was amazing! They had me laughing and was so nice to me, although I was nervous. I came in for a cleaning and a chip tooth. They advice me on options and was able to assist me. Dr. Young fixed my tooth and you cannot tell which one was chipped. If I am going to be truthful my smile looks a lot better. I went to Mint Dentistry's Cypress location today and had a great experience! The whole staff was very nice, attentive, and explained any questions I had. I got 2 fillings, custom whitening trays + whitening gel, and my teeth cleaned. Everything was super affordable! The dentist who did my 2 fillings was very gentle and nice! The only downfall I had with my experience today at Mint Dentistry was that the hygienist who did my teeth cleaning went super quick and it made me feel as though she did not really care (took her like 15 mins to complete my whole cleaning). She did not even scrub the fluoride around on my teeth or floss all of my teeth.. I give her a 4/10 for the job she did today on my teeth cleaning. This was disappointing because I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and I was really looking forward to a good cleaning. My boyfriend just went to the dentist today and the hygienist who did his cleaning took an hour and no it was not for a deep cleaning.. I wish I remembered the dental assistants name who did my X-Rays and made my whitening trays because she was absolutely wonderful! I loved her!! I also really loved the 2 front desk ladies, they were great and super helpful!! More

Lizzy also did my cleaning and was awesome. Communicated the whole time to make sure I was ok. I would recommend Mint off of 290 to anyone and they definitely are a 5 star business. I was even able to watch what I wanted on Netflix the whole time I was in the chair. The chair was comfortable as well due to having a massage option while laying there. Since the entrance the two ladies in the front greeted us courteously by standing up and a great smile on their face. They made me feel welcomed & comfortable. I was then prompted to the back & x-rays were taken by a gentleman & then I was prepped by a lovely lady at the chair. I got to watch The Office the whole time. Updated:1/26/19. Shortly after my review posted (I posted my review everywhere) the office manager Jasmine called to apologize and get more feedback. She said you could understand if I didnt want to use the same location but wanted me to stay in the Mint family. Her reaching out to show dge/Mint cares enough to rectify the situation made me feel a whole lot better. She said she would fit me in when I came, have a staff training and make sure my experience was better along with some other things. I went back and was satisfied with how my trays were remade and how my time was managed. I will keep my dental service appt so I hope everything remains on the up and up. I posted pics of the new and old trays...DRASTIC difference. These people do not deserve nice rating just because they have nice decor and hand you a tablet when you walk in. I had a Monday appt at 4pm. Arrived 15 minutes earlier you know typical appt behavior. Service and the back staff were extremely slow; no amount of youtube on a 42inch TV can make up for the having to be in the dentist office for 2 hours for xrays as part of a routine exam, a cleaning and the make of trays(the tray took 15mins). I prob spent about 5 minutes with the dentist (not out of the norm...just a routine visit) and 15-20 mins with the hygienist (normal cleaning). After an hour or so in staff come in saying they forgot to take a full xray later we forgot to make a mold for your trays...etc. The lights were literally off and staff were upfront with my keys. The financial person quoted me prices with MetLife on the paper...I have Cigna. They promised to call the next day to make sure the quotes were right because the office was closed. Crickets. I called two days later to make sure the info was right. Fast forward I finally use my trays Friday night...they dont fit..total rush job. Call the office Monday morning they say I need an appointment. I have to make an appoint for your mistakes...maybe but no not how I saw staff delegating their time doing nothing...no thank. The advertisement and marketing got me in the door but that's where it all ends. More

Today I finally got to check out Mint Dentistry. Since moving to Houston, every radio commercial and billboard ad is Mint. It worked and it lives up to the hype. One part that got me to come in was the offering “free teeth whitening”. There is a catch, that is an at home teeth whitening service. None the less, still great, they give you a tray specific to your mouth/teeth after doing a molding. The office is super modern and beautifully decorated. The medical assistant, Areej, was super really nice helpful. I love that they offer message chairs and iPads, talk about a relaxing visit! Dr. Tum, was friendly and I like how she kept it real with what needs to be done now and what she wants to keep an eye on. Great experience upon walking in the door. Although I was a little late due to 290 I was greeted by Jasmine the office manager with a SMILE. BTW - this was my first visit (new patient) so I needed to fill out documents which most were electronic. The lounge was comfortable with plush chairs which I enjoyed while I waited. The wait was not long and I was greeted by my technician. Since I was a new patient I needed to get X-rays and they were digital. The exam room was equipped with a flat screen and a massage chair (I took advantage of both). Dr. Tum was my dentist and she was very professional and provided some good options for my dental needs. Albeit, I am really happy I changed dentistry’s. Now I’ll convince my wife to switch. Elizabeth was my hygienist The teeth whitening kit is a definite plus so don’t bypass that offer (it’s free depending on your insurance). More

I had an amazing time at Mint Dentistry - Cypress. The check in process was incredibly smooth and Mayra was great and very pleasant. The lobby experience is warm and chic lavish complete with iPads + Beats headphones with Hulu, Netflix and YouTube. When I went back for treatment with Jaida and Elizabeth, the movie even transferred to the flat screen. The whole process took only an hour because they worked as a team on the cleaning and X-rays.They offered free whitening treatments and make the trays in-house so you can leave with them at the end of your appointment. Okay so don't get me wrong I was very skeptical of going to this place only because I really thought that the commercials were just hype. But let me assure you I went to Mint Dentistry for the first time last week and my experience was amazing. They literally explained every aspect of my appointment from start to finish. Now normally when you go to the dentist they tell you what you're going to get done and during the procedure they don't talk that was not the case here Elizabeth was my dentist and she talked to me the whole time like we actually held a conversation. Yes they do offer you the Beats headphones and the TV but we were so deep in conversation that I wasn't trying to watch the TV the assistant was also great he explained everything from my teeth whitening to my x-rays to what to expect during the teeth whitening process and yes they do give you free teeth whitening if you do if you have PPO Dental they even threw in two extra tubes of teeth whitening so instead of getting two I got four I will definitely be returning to them again I absolutely love them. I will be switching my daughter's dentist as soon as possible I just don't like the fact that he don't have ortho but they do refer you to a very good doctor which one daughter will be going to see to get her braces but again mint Dentistry is everything that they advertise on TV even the people when you walk in like the atmosphere is so amazing. This place was amazing! From the moment you walk in till the moment I was walked up to the front, the staff continuously made sure I was doing fine. Every step of the appointment was explained to me so I knew exactly what to expect next. I was greeted with lots of smiles when I first walked in by the front desk Mariana. She gave me lots of mint goodies which I loved. Beats earphones, sunglasses, and an ipad. There was no wait time. Before I could even pick a movie on netflix I was already being brought back. The dental chair is a massage chair and it made me feel so relaxed. Catching up on my tv show and getting a massage while getting my teeth examined was so much fun. Dr. Bendre did my exam, and she was quick and very knowledgeable. The assistants Yesenia & Crystal were so quick and efficient with taking my xrays and whitening impressions. Lizzy the hygienist did my cleaning, and she was wonderful. She is very sweet, quick, and thorough. The office manager Jessica was fabulous right when you walked in she made me feel so important and comfortable. Mayra the treatment coordinator was great! She was able to give me some great prices on my same day treatment! I had no choice but to stay for the same day treatment, bc the prices were unbeatable not to stay.
